L. and Dr. Pamela R. Smith oversee Equipping Ministries®

training ministry for churches and individuals. They also
are the founders
of Turning Point Publications, LLC, a Christian book printing and publishing
company.
Kenny
Smith is
a man after God’s heart. He diligently serves and assists ministries in the area
of audio/visual ministry. Preferring to be “behind-the-scene” while yet making
tremendous impartations to those encountered on ministry engagements, Kenny’s
contributions to the Kingdom is consistently impactful. His wisdom and ministry
posture has touched hearts across the nation.
Dr. Pamela Smith
is a
former
paralegal, court reporter,
grants
manager, church administrator,
Single’s Ministry Coordinator, Youth Pastor, Christian Education Director,
and church business manager. She
has been in ministry for
over eighteen years.
Through intercessory prayer,
the
prophetic
anointing, workshops, plays
and
preaching, God has used Pamela
to minister life-changing words to churches and pastors.
She has facilitated numerous seminars, retreats, conferences, church services and workshops throughout the country. Dr. Smith is the author of the popular book “Stopping the DreamKillers”, as well as “The Effective Church Administrator—Tools to Survive Even the Toughest Day”. She also is the author of two highly demanded books, "Called Alongside - Ministering in the Spirit of an Armorbearer" and "I'm Saved, Now What? - Handbook for New Believers", as well as her newly released book, "Giving Birth to Your Purpose". In addition, she has written numerous plays and skits that have been performed all over the world. She has been on Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN) and other television ministries and radio stations. God has used her to write and implement curriculum for all age groups, including a Church Administrator Bachelor and Master degree program for a college. She has an earned PhD in Church Administration. She and her husband have been interviewed by Christianity Today International™ and are included in its “Building Church Leaders” downloadable training, as well as Your Church magazine. Kenny and Pamela have a passion to see the Body of Christ equipped to do the work of the ministry. They are under the pastoral covering of Bishop Steve Edmondson.
