Finding My Place
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophecy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth with diligence; he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness. Romans 12:5-8
For many, their purpose and gifts have yet to be tapped into. Their gifts are lying dormant. For others, they have an idea of what their gifts are but they are not using them.
Often, one of the reason churches experience a lack of participation and have a low volunteer ratio is because in our pews sit gifted, anointed people who are unaware of their uniqueness. No matter what their corporate status or educational background is, do they know where they fit in the local church body?
This workshop will bless you and stir you to get in your place by helping to give your members a sense of direction.
Failure to use our gifts will cause them to lose their sharpness and become dull. That is why we must seize every opportunity to use our gifts.
