Team Building in the Church

Teambuilding

Truly a pastor’s dream is to have a unified team working alongside him to expand the kingdom of God. However, many will attest that it is easier imagined than attained. Just as the frustration to reach team mentality is experienced in corporations it also penetrates churches. Yet, teamwork remains crucial because no matter how great the vision a lack of oneness can hamper if not abort it.

If you missed our two previous 2013 Team Building Workshops schedule one for your church!

You may also purchase the book "Team Building in the Church - Becoming One" by Pamela R. Smith -  Currently available at www.turningpointstore.org  and www.amazon.com

Regardless how anointed or gifted an individual is, throughout the Bible we are reminded that we are many members but one body and God calls us to unity.

It is sad to say, but many churches have an awesome vision but because of members not knowing how to flow together as one, they are not able to reach their fullest potential.

"Team Building in the Church - Becoming One" is an interactive one-day workshop geared at equipping church leaders and members to become one so that they flow together as a united team. Attendees will learn how move from storming to performing.  From the ministerial staff to ushers, this workshop will touch all your departments and compel them to move forward with the church's vision.

Pastors we invite you and your church to attend this powerful equipping workshop to further aid your team in excelling or to help bring unity where there is strife and confusion.  Join in on this day of training as the Word is shared that  that will help equip members to become an anointed team with the goal to expand the kingdom.
